Intro
I swear, we could visit anywhere,
Chill with a koala—that’s kind of like a teddy bear.
We could go to Egypt and see the Pyramids,
We could go to Australia for a little bit.
We could ride a roller coaster up and down,
We could go to every single city and town.
We could go to the Rockies and see the peaks,
The tops of the mountains, it’ll be sweet.
We’ll walk slowly, we don’t want to fall off a cliff,
That’s the edge of a mountain, where it dips.
When the sun goes down, that’s the evening,
We’ll be playing rock ’n’ roll in Cleveland.
We could go to Texas and see some cowboys,
Party in New Orleans, make some loud noise.
Maybe we could go to New York and eat a sandwich,
And maybe in the future we could visit planets,
Those other big round rocks in space
That move around the sun; close by, there are eight.
The Earth is ours, it’s where we stay,
The planet that we live on every day.
It’s covered in earth, that’s like dirt,
You heard me? With a little "e," earth is dirty.
But the sun is bright, there’s so much light,
It shines on China when it’s our night.
Let’s fly over America! I can see the towns,
I’m going to keep flying and never come down.
Let’s fly over America! I can see the streets,
Where every day, people are moving their feet.
Let’s fly over America! I can see the trees,
And now I feel like a king or a queen.
Let’s fly over America! The sun will rise,
Let’s fly over this land so high.
C’mon and fly with us!
Do you ever wonder what places are like?
Do you want to know what it would feel like
To swim by a waterfall or stand at the top
Of the Statue of Liberty? I think it would rock.
The world’s full of wonders, things that are strange,
And kind of awesome, like underwater caves,
Which can be shelter for fish, OK?
Something to cover them and keep them safe.
Now we could see a killer whale in Florida,
Or maybe visit the state of California.
I should warn you, tell you about something that might be bad,
If I leave now, I might never come back.
Life is incredible; life is amazing,
I’m so happy I’m a human, not a raisin.
I’ve got people to see and things to do,
The universe is everything everywhere; isn’t that cool?
