Funny Birthday Rhymes

Nothing is better on your birthday that a fresh rhyme that makes you laugh. That's why we've put together this short list of funny poems that rhyme. These should work (with a little editing) for any birthday, but you'll also find special rhymes for 30th, 40th, and 50th birthdays. Feel free to use these, but the funniest rhymes will be the ones that you write for the specific person involved. Don't be afraid to be goofy. Also check out our Short Funny Rhyming Poems for more humorous poetry.

Moses
You are so awesome, I hope you know this,
I mean you have more potential than baby Moses.

Happy Birthday Grandpa!
All your stories are so dang interesting,
Tell me, what was it like right after the Big Bang?

Syrup
I’ll yell Happy Birthday so all the world hears it,
I love you like Aunt Jemima loves syrup.

30th Birthday
You just turned 30! That is the truth,
Too bad the only thing you can cook is soup.

40th Birthday
You just turned 40, that is so wild,
Tell me, what does the hill look like from the other side?

50th Birthday
You've been on this planet for half a century,
Happy Birthday to the (wo)man who has rich memories,
This might not be your thing, I just wanted to say it,
It's never too late to try skydiving naked.

Clean Limerick
There once was a good friend of mine,
Who was reading this dirty old rhyme,
But there were kids in the room,
What was I to do?
But make this limerick so clean it could shine.

Bad Singer
How old are you? I’m not keeping score,
I love my birthday, but here’s the thing.
I’m really glad the birthday’s yours,
This way I don’t have to hear you sing.

Your Mama
Happy Birthday to you,
Happy Birthday to you,
Your mama’s so fat that the stock market goes up right before she goes out to a restaurant.

Your Secret
On your birthday, I realize I know you well,
Know about the first time that you biked and fell,
Know about the time you dropped the camera,
Know about your weird, secret crush on Hannah Montana
