You Type in the Clue Help Sites:
- A very good site where you type in the clue for the crossword puzzle. Works well with simple clues ("Green Gables girl"), but not as well for complicated NYTimes-type clues ("member of the genus Equus").
- A site where you type in what letters you've figured out and which are missing. This site will then give you the options for what it could be. Basically, it's just a glorified dictionary.
- Very similiar to Crossword Puzzle Help, this site gives you options when you know a few of the letters in an answer. You do not type in the clue, however.
- Still stuck? Ask the world. You can post (and answer) any question on Yahoo Answers. You might not get an immediate response, or any response at all, but it's a good last stop.
